All fees are shown in euros incl. VAT. We recommend payment by SEPA direct debit/debit order (from German bank accounts) or credit card. The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, Eurocard/MasterCard, and Visa.

Only full payment entitles you to attend the congress and to use the booked service. The prices are based on the current rates of our service providers as well as the currently valid VAT. 

The transmission of your data is SSL encrypted.

Covid measures

At the present time, no coronavirus protection measures have been imposed by the federal government, the state of North Rhine-Westphalia or the city of Cologne. 

Of course, we are in constant exchange with the authorities. Also, in any case, a hygiene concept is available, which has been developed together with the Cologne Gürzenich and which guarantees a safe congress for you, all colleagues and all participants. 

Please note: In the event that coronavirus restrictions will be taken in the course of the next few weeks and the number of participants in the Cologne Gürzenich has to be reduced, the date of your registration will apply. So registering in good time pays off twice over. 

Photographer / video recording

We have engaged a professional photographer for the congress. The photos will be used for marketing purposes as well as for editorial coverage. Please approach the photographer on-site if you do not wish to be photographed. Otherwise, by attending, you agree to publication. 

The 7th Annual Scientific Meeting of the DGAO will be offered as a hybrid event for the first time. The event will be streamed live in its entirety (to a limited circle of users through registration). As part of this broadcast, participants will also be in the picture. If you do not wish this, please speak to us on site so that we can make an appropriate placement.

A cancellation is no longer possible after receipt of the registration confirmation. The registration of a substitute participant is possible against payment of a processing fee of € 45 until before the start of the event. A separate Registration of the substitute participant is required.

Cancellation of the congress and necessary program changes

The event can be canceled for important reasons. If the number of participants is too low, the cancellation will be made not later than two weeks before the start of the event. In all other cases of cancellation for important reasons and in cases of necessary changes to the program, in particular a change of lecturer, the DGAO will inform the participants as early as possible.

If the event has to be canceled or postponed, the DGAO will immediately refund the participation fee. Further claims are excluded, except in cases of intentional or grossly negligent behavior on the part of the legal representatives, employees or other service companies of the DGAO.
